Magnitude 7.4 Earthquake Kills Over 130 in Western Colombia

A magnitude-7.4 earthquake struck western Colombia near San José del Palmar, about 150 miles west of Bogotá, on Monday morning, in what the Colombian Geological Service called the strongest quake to hit the country in a decade 12.
