ACLU Sues Over ICE Racial Profiling, Warrantless Arrests in Minnesota Communities

The ACLU filed a class-action lawsuit against the Trump administration challenging ICE and CBP's practice of racial profiling, suspicionless stops, and warrantless arrests in Minnesota communities. Three community members testified that their constitutional rights were violated. Separately, ACLU FOIA litigation revealed ICE is actively considering opening seven new detention centers to expand capacity nationwide.
