ACLU Sues to Reveal How NSA Uses Generative AI in Surveillance Programs

The ACLU filed suit against the NSA after the agency refused to release studies, roadmaps, and congressionally mandated plans on its use of generative AI in surveillance activities. NSA officials have publicly lauded the completion of these AI integration documents but declined to make any of them public.
