Ukraine Sentences European Ex-Instructor to 8.5 Years for FSB Espionage and Terror Plot

His FSB handler subsequently sent him IED assembly instructions and directed him to a cache from which he retrieved a pistol and two loaded magazines; SBU counterintelligence detained him on October 27, 2025, before the planned attacks were carried out.
