CSG Reports 35.5% Profit Jump to 21.3 Billion CZK as European Defense Spending Surges

Czechoslovak Group released full-year 2025 results showing net profit of 21.3 billion CZK, up 35.5% year-on-year. Revenue for the first three quarters alone reached EUR 4.49 billion, an 82.4% increase, with adjusted EBIT rising 77.1% to EUR 1.10 billion. CSG is now the most valuable company in Central Europe. The results were presented at a management webcast for analysts. The growth is driven by European rearmament commitments and demand from Ukraine conflict sustaining orders across CSG integrated defense portfolio.

Analysis
CSG 82.4% revenue growth outpaces every major Western defense contractor. The Strnad group status as Central Europe most valuable company reflects a broader trend: mid-tier European defense firms are growing faster than primes as governments diversify supplier bases for ammunition, armored vehicles, and drone components needed for Ukraine.
