A DHS report reveals 363 pregnant, postpartum, or nursing immigrants were deported between Jan 2025 and Feb 2026, with 16 miscarriages in custody. As of February, 121 detained individuals were pregnant/postpartum/nursing, including 9 in their third trimester. Women reported denial of breast pumps and inadequate prenatal care.
