Zelenskyy is monetizing Ukraine's hard-won combat experience at a moment when Gulf states face the same drone threats from Iran that Ukraine has been countering from Russia. AP and Euromaidan Press reported independently from different sourcing — AP based on Zelenskyy's March 20 statements and Euromaidan Press on the March 26 arrival — with Defense News providing a third independent primary account sourced to Defense Minister Umerov's tour announcement. Al Jazeera also filed original reporting as early as March 7. Core facts (228 specialists, five recipient countries, missiles-for-expertise exchange) are confirmed across all independent sources, lending high confidence.
