Saudi Arabia proposed a non-aggression pact between Iran and Middle Eastern states amid ongoing regional tensions. The proposal comes as Lebanon parliament speaker said Beirut will seek prosecution of Israel for aggression, and Russia and Egypt foreign ministers discussed the Iran situation.
