Lapsus$ Claims AstraZeneca Breach With 3GB of Source Code and Cloud Infrastructure Keys
The Lapsus$ hacking collective resurfaced with claims of breaching pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca, alleging access to approximately 3GB of internal data including source code, AWS cloud infrastructure keys, internal database credentials, and employee information. The group is attempting to sell the data via pay-to-access extortion on illicit forums. Cybernews researchers verified that at least some data samples appear legitimate. AstraZeneca has not commented and is investigating the claims.
