Ukraine 2027 Draft Budget Reveals 32.6 Billion Dollar Aid Gap as Defense Spending Reaches 43.8 Percent of GDP

Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers submitted a draft 2027 state budget to parliament projecting revenues of 5.65 trillion hryvnias against expenditures of 7.27 trillion hryvnias, a 13.5 percent spending increase over the revised 2026 plan 12.
