IDF Destroys Key Southern Lebanon Bridge; Lebanese President Warns of 'Prelude to Ground Invasion'
Israeli strikes destroyed a key bridge in southern Lebanon on Day 24, killing at least one person, as part of IDF efforts to sever Hezbollah's supply routes south of the Litani River. Lebanese President Aoun warned the bridge strikes constitute a 'prelude to ground invasion.' Israeli settlers also rampaged through West Bank towns for a second consecutive night. IDF Chief of Staff said the fight with Hezbollah has 'only just begun.' One Israeli civilian was killed by Hezbollah fire in northern Israel on March 22, though Israel later admitted a separate farmer's death was from friendly fire.
