The preliminary report cited Allen's social media posts criticizing U.S. actions in the war and identified "multiple social and political grievances." A senior law enforcement official told Reuters anonymously that the FBI is conducting a detailed review of Allen's digital footprint, including a Bluesky account linked to him that shared calls for Trump's impeachment over his April 7 threat against Iran. The Justice Department has added an assault charge for firing at a Secret Service agent at a checkpoint; Allen has not entered a plea.
