Norway and Germany Forge Ahead With Hansa Defense Pact Spanning Tanks, Submarines and Space

KNDS and Norway's Ritek started producing Leopard 2A8 tanks in Levanger on October 15, where they will construct 37 of the Norwegian Army's 54 new tanks, KNDS said by email, according to Defense News 12. Berlin and Oslo formalized the Hansa Arrangement in February, and Norway's Defense Ministry lists maritime operations, land warfare, rapid reinforcement, industry and space among its priorities 12.
