UN Fact-Finding Mission Finds Grounds to Believe US Committed War Crimes in Iran Strikes Killing 178 Civilians

Because Washington already quit the Human Rights Council, it has no formal venue to contest the mission's findings, leaving the war-crimes designation to stand unchallenged in multilateral fora even as US officials reject it domestically.
