Warren Demands Answers on xAI Grok Access to Classified Pentagon Networks

Sen. Warren sent a letter to Defense Secretary Hegseth demanding an unclassified response by March 27 on the Pentagon's decision to grant xAI's Grok model access to classified networks. Warren cited Grok's documented history of generating violent, antisemitic, and CSAM content. The xAI deal came after the Pentagon labeled Anthropic a supply chain risk for refusing to allow unrestricted use in autonomous weapons and mass surveillance, and simultaneously signed agreements with OpenAI and xAI.
