TELUS Digital Confirms Massive Breach; ShinyHunters Claims 1 Petabyte Exfiltrated

Canadian BPO giant TELUS Digital confirmed a multi-month breach attributed to ShinyHunters, who claim exfiltration of up to 1 petabyte including customer support recordings, source code, FBI background check results, and employee records. Entry via Google Cloud Platform credentials from the earlier Salesloft Drift breach. TELUS rejected a $65M ransom.
