Austin-based ICON commercially launched Titan, a robotic construction platform capable of printing multi-story structures up to 27 feet high at roughly $20 per square foot -- a claimed 40% cost reduction versus conventional wall systems. Planned deployments include housing for the chronically homeless and a 60+ home development designed by BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group.
