Iran Internet Blackout Enters Day 17; Iranian Hackers Retaliate with Stryker Wiper Attack

Iran's near-total internet blackout continues at 4% of normal connectivity since February 28, costing $35.7 million per day in economic losses. Despite the blackout, Iranian threat group Handala conducted a destructive wiper attack against Stryker Corporation on March 11 and leaked alleged senior US Navy personnel data.
