Artemis II Rolls to Pad 39B; April 1 Launch Targeted

NASA completed the Artemis II Flight Readiness Review on March 12 with a 'go' to proceed, and rolled the SLS rocket and Orion spacecraft to Launch Pad 39B on March 19 targeting an April 1 launch attempt. The 10-day mission will carry astronauts Wiseman, Glover, Koch, and CSA's Hansen on a free-return trajectory around the Moon — the first crewed lunar flyby in over 50 years. The April launch window extends through April 6 with a backup on April 30.
