Trump-Xi Beijing Summit: China Pledges No Military Equipment to Iran, Xi Warns on Taiwan

Trump and Xi held their first major summit in Beijing. Xi pledged not to supply military equipment to Iran and both leaders agreed the Strait of Hormuz must be reopened. Xi warned that mishandling Taiwan could put the bilateral relationship in great jeopardy. China expressed interest in purchasing more U.S. oil.
