Federal Judge Orders Release of Contractor Charged With Forwarding Classified Information

U.S. District Judge Michael Maddox on May 4 ordered the pretrial release of Aurelio Perez-Lugones, a former Pentagon systems administrator charged with transmitting classified defense information to Washington Post reporter Hannah Natanson, setting trial for February 22.
