Russia Resumes Launches From Baikonur Site 31 After November Accident; Soyuz Delivers ISS Resupply

Russia launched a Soyuz rocket from Site 31 of the Baikonur Cosmodrome on March 22, marking the first use of the pad since it was damaged during a lift-off incident last November. The Progress 94 cargo spacecraft carrying three tons of food, fuel, and supplies for Expedition 74 reached orbit and is set to dock with the ISS on March 24. The successful launch demonstrates Roscosmos's recovery of a critical launch infrastructure asset. Separately, SpaceX launched a Starlink batch from Cape Canaveral on the same day.
