Czech FM Macinka: Russian Raw Materials Off the Table Until Ukraine War Ends

Czech Foreign Minister Petr Macinka stated at the EU Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels that Russian raw materials will not be discussed while the Ukraine conflict continues, rebuffing Belgian PM De Vever's push to normalize relations with Moscow for cheap energy. Macinka proposed an independent mission to resolve the Slovakia-Hungary-Ukraine oil supply dispute blocking the EU's 20th sanctions package against Russia.
